Inovance servo systems deliver high dynamic performance at a competitive price, with 23-bit encoders, 3 kHz speed bandwidth and functional safety (STO SIL 3). The SV660N is the popular compact EtherCAT servo; the SV670P is a pulse-type single-axis drive; the SV680 adds advanced functional safety; and the IS620N is an EtherCAT drive. For multi-axis machines, the IS810N and SV820N platforms drive many axes from a shared power supply. MS1 motors (0.16–47 Nm, IP67) and ISMG motors for servo-pump systems complete the range.

What is the difference between Inovance SV660N and SV670P?
The SV660N is an EtherCAT (network) servo drive used with Inovance and third-party EtherCAT controllers for synchronised multi-axis machines. The SV670P is a pulse/analog single-axis drive used where the controller sends step/direction or pulse commands. Both use MS1 motors and offer STO SIL 3 safety.
What motor rating range does Inovance servo cover?
Inovance MS1 servo motors cover roughly 50 W to 7.5 kW for single-axis drives, and the IS810N multi-axis platform scales from 0.85 kW per axis up to 75 kW with power supplies to 355 kW. Larger and specialised motors are available on request.
Do you supply Inovance servo cables and connectors?
Yes. We supply genuine Inovance power and encoder cables in standard lengths, plus connectors and accessories, as part of a complete servo kit.
Can Inovance servo work with a third-party EtherCAT PLC?
Yes. Inovance EtherCAT servo drives (SV660N, IS620N, IS810N, SV820N) follow the CiA 402 standard and work with most EtherCAT masters including Beckhoff, Omron and Delta, as well as Inovance's own H5U and AM controllers.
