Delta DT series temperature controllers are known for accurate PID control, fast response and reliable long-term performance in hot and dusty industrial sites. The DTB is the advanced panel-mount series with auto-tuning, ramp/soak programs and Modbus communication. The DTC is a modular DIN-rail controller with up to 8 loops per station. The DTI is a compact single-loop controller for simple applications.

The DTB is a panel-mount PID controller with front-panel keys and display, used as a stand-alone single-loop or multi-loop (up to 2–4 loops in some models) controller. The DTC is a DIN-rail modular controller with no front display, used in multi-loop applications where the display is on an HMI or SCADA, typically with 1 to 8 loops per station.
K-type thermocouples are the most common choice for 0 to 1,200 °C process ranges. For higher temperatures use R or S type. For low-range high-accuracy applications use Pt100 RTDs. The Delta DTB supports all common thermocouple and RTD types; we will match the sensor to your process.
Yes. The Delta DTC modular temperature controller supports up to 8 loops per station, with a mix of PID control, event input/output and Modbus communication. It is ideal for extruder barrels, multi-zone ovens and injection moulding machines.
